The problem

The deal has an AI thesis.
The operating team has disconnected work.

Management context stays in interviews. Assumptions stay in the model. Delivery starts in another tool. By the next review, it is hard to trace an operating result back to the decision that funded it.

Lost contextUnclear assumptionsUnproven value

With MigrateForce

Keep the case connected to the work.

01

An AI thesis built on generic potential

A case grounded in how the company works.

Capture management evidence, test readiness, and make missing inputs visible.

02

A value creation deck handed to delivery

A plan that carries its assumptions forward.

Connect the assessment to ranked interventions and scoped migration work.

03

Savings projected once, then lost in reporting

A record of what changed and what it delivered.

Compare recorded operating results with the original projections, by metric and period.

Questions and answers

Before the first company.

The scope, the decisions, and what to expect.

Who is MigrateForce for?

Private equity investment teams, operating partners, and portfolio company executives who need to assess AI opportunities and turn them into accountable operating work. Start with one company or a focused rollup thesis.

Do we have to replace our existing systems?

Start with the systems and workflows the company has today. The assessment helps identify what to connect, change, or migrate. Execution depends on the supported migration path and the access your team authorizes.

How is this different from using a general AI assistant?

MigrateForce organizes the work around a company, an assessment, a value creation plan, and execution records. The four agents have distinct roles. Financial scenarios use defined calculations, and recorded outcomes can be compared with the original projections.

What decisions stay with our team?

Your team reviews management evidence and financial assumptions, chooses the interventions, and authorizes supported execution. Agent recommendations and saved company notes do not grant approval to change systems.

Are the scenarios proven returns?

No. Scenarios are estimates based on the available inputs and assumptions. Recorded outcomes are shown separately. MigrateForce is in beta; illustrative examples are not customer results.

Does one company’s context become another company’s memory?

Company memory is scoped to the company or target within the firm. Retrieval uses that scope. Authorized reviewers can review or retract notes, and saving a note does not give an agent new access.
